Registered Professional Land Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Field Crews in the collection and calculation of data
  • Conducts legal and record research and analysis
  • Field data collection
  • Data processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency ensuring compliance to applicable regulations
  • Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings prepare by other technicians
  • Participates in scheduling of jobs and crews

Qualifications:

  • Must be a RPLS in Oklahoma
  • Must have 2-5 years of experience
  • AutoCad drafting – version 2010 or above (preferred)

80 Barrel Driver Requirements

Gateway Pipeline is seeking class A CDL drivers with tanker endorsements to haul water & mud for a fulltime position.

Truck Driver Responsibilities:

· Safely operate truck to haul loads of water and fluids from various locations
· Ensure truck and trailer are DOT Compliant
· Accurately gauge water tanks when hauling water
· Fill out tickets at locations as well as at disposal sites to report how many bbls were hauled/transferred
· Assure that paperwork is forwarded to supervisor weekly (i.e. driver’s vehicle report, customer ticket, logs, etc)
· Assure that trucks are maintained and in good working condition (i.e. hoses, fittings, pumps, etc)
· Notify supervisor immediately of any problems
· Assist team drivers when necessary
· Responsible for conducting all field activities safely and accurately
· Assist in spill clean up
· Connect hoses to tank and open valves

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED
· 1-2 years oilfield experience as a tank truck driver preferred
· Strong communication skills
· Must have a Class A Commercials Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement –
· Meet all company and DOT driving standards
· Basic mechanical skills to work on trucks
· Good organizational skills
· May occasionally be subject to heavy lifting
· Ability to work in fast paced environment

Accounts Receivable Specialist

This position is responsible for maintaining Gateway Services Group, LLC accounts receivables. The Accounts Specialist also pays credit accounts and checks employee timesheets for correctness before they are sent to the Payroll Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices from job tickets and check for accuracy
  • Post invoices to client’s websites
  • Monitor invoices that have not been paid (collections)
  • Check timesheets for accuracy and correctness
  • Back-up Payroll Specialist
  • Back-up for Receptionist
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Very high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principals
  • Ability to work without supervision in a job with high responsibility

Horizontal Directional Driller

This position is responsible for performing horizontal directional drilling / boring in support of pipeline construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently and safely operate and maintain a 40K or larger drilling rig
  • Safely operate support equipment (backhoe, track hoe, forklift and mini excavator)
  • Provide and maintain accurate paperwork
  • Coordinate job supplies with drilling coordinator
  • Expected to engage in the safety process and report to Supervisor anytime a situation is deemed unsafe
  • Manage and plan day to day operations
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Capable of maintaining a safe work environment at all times
  • Have a good understanding of basic mud fundamentals, drilling principles, drill tooling and locating equipment and procedures
  • Must be a good listener and be able to follow detailed instructions
  • Must work well with others and be willing to learn from mentors and others in the shop/field
  • Be willing to travel to the jobsite
  • Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions on a regular basis including extreme cold and heat
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform other related physical activities for long periods of time
  • Must be able to pass DOT required drug test and physical

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of heavy equipment operation and general maintenance

    Drafter I

    This position is responsible for completing drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications. This position reports directly to the Drafting Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Assisting L.S.’s and survey crews when needed (i.e. providing coordinates, station numbers, etc.)
    • Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Company Survey Data and Imagery
    • Ability to problem solve basic AutoCAD problems
    • Drafting of alignment sheets, landowner plats, permit profiles, boundary surveys, well location plats, mortgage inspections, writing centerline and metes and bounds descriptions as well as compressor and valve site plats with contours
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D version 2012 or above
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Proficiency in desktop applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word)

    Labor Hand

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Direct pipe for welders and operators
    • Pick up skids and other materials bracing the pipe
    • Spot check for operators so they know what is around their machines
    • Help grease heavy equipment to keep them running smoothly
    • Bolt up pipes after they are welded together and prepare them for being placed in the ground
    • Build wire fences to block off dangerous work areas
    • Assist welders with grinding of welds and moving materials
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Survey Crew Chief

    Job Description:

    This position will work on a 2-3 person survey crew staking pipelines. You will be compiling information necessary to stake projects for construction, using engineering plans. Operate and manage land-information computer systems performing tasks such as storing data, making inquiries and producing plots and reports.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Adjust and operate survey/GPS instruments
    • Compile notes
    • Make sketches and enter data into the computer
    • Lay out grids and determine controls
    • Manage crew and report to RPLS

    Qualifications:
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record
    • Pre-employment drug test and background check
    • Be able to work overtime and weekends
    • Ability to lift at least 50lbs
    • Ability to be outside in all weather and terrain
    • Experience with Trimble and/or Topcon GPS instruments

    Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years as a crew chief
    • 4 years experience surveying
    • 1-4 years practical knowledge and experience in mapping/civil field

    Education:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Pipeline Welder

    This position is responsible for fitting and welding the pipeline together so it can be placed into the ground. The welders directly report to the Foreman and must travel to the jobsites.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Install high pressure steel pipe and fittings, stopple, or related equipment on gas lines
    • Repair and replace damaged steel pipe
    • Construct guards for meters, valve sites, and regulator stations
    • Repair equipment (machine buckets and etc.)
    • Complete logs, reports, requisitions, and other records and communications as required
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Must pass welding test per client requirements
    • Must be willing to travel to jobsite
    • Ability to work under stressful situations

    Welder’s Helper

    This position is responsible for assisting the Welders and ensuring that the welds are made correctly. The Welder’s Helpers directly report to the Foreman and must travel to the jobsites.

    • Drive truck after weld has been completed
